Tasting notes
Nice straw yellow colour, fresh floral scents on the nose, elderflower and violet. Balanced acidity enhances the freshness of this wine and its mineral character. Serve not too cold. Excellent after many years in the bottle.

"A blend of three-fourths Chardonnay and one-fourth Sauvignon Blanc, the Barone Ricasoli 2018 Torricella is fresh and buoyant with stone fruit, pear, Golden Delicious apple and toasted almond. This is a bright and accessible white wine from a predominately red wine corner of Tuscany. However, the limestone-rich soils of the region create good conditions for this carefully fragrant white wine.
