Distinctive traits: fresh, complex, with intense minerality
Bottled after nine months of ageing in wood barrels, the wine is complex, of character, of great minerality; and to be enjoyed even after many years in the bottle.
Harvest: grapes have been selected and hand-picked on September 19, 2020.
Ageing: 9 months in tonneaux (20% new) on the lees with frequent batonnage
Botttling: December 21, 2021.
Alcohol: 13%
Tasting notes
Straw yellow colour with golden hues. On the nose, spicy and balsamic hints, notes of orange blossom flowers, well integrated with woody notes.
Savoury into the mouth and beautiful persistence to the end.
