Roncicone is located on a Marine Deposits geological formation. The vineyard is about 10 hectares in size, located at 320 meters above sea level and with a south-eastern aspect. Grapes are handpicked and then selected: only perfect clusters become Roncicone.

Weinlese: Der Sangiovese des Weinbergs Roncicone wurde am 8. September 2020 gelesen.
Ausbau: 22 Monate in Tonneaux mit 500 l Fassungsvermögen, davon 30% Erstbelegung und 70% Zweitbelegung.
Abfüllung: 20. December. 2022
Alkohol: 14,50 % vol

Weinbeschreibung

Rubinrote Farbe. An der Nase komplex, rote Fruchtaromen und balsamische Noten. Am Gaumen elegant, samtig und angenehm. Ein vertikaler und mineralischer Wein. Langer und anhaltender Abgang.
