Castello di Brolio created from a meticulous selection of estate-grown grapes from the three most representative soils in Brolio: Macigno del Chianti (sandstone), Scaglia Toscana (Galestro), Monte Morello (Alberese).

Harvest: The grapes were harvested from September 13 to October 17, 2012
Ageing: 18 months in tonneaux (30% new) 
Bottling: July 14, 2015
Alcohol: 13,5%

Tasting notes

Incredibly elegant, large and mouthfilling. Notes of vanilla mix with intense fruity, spicy and mineral aromas. A great Chianti Classico Gran Selezione true to its terroir.
