Brolio Bettino Chianti Classico Docg

Distinctive traits: Harmonious, velvety, full bodied

This label is dedicated to Bettino Ricasoli who, in 1872, created the formula for the production of Chianti. President of the Council of united Italy in 1861 and 1866, he was also founder of the newspaper "La Nazione", experimenter in agriculture, and "father" of the first production rules (disciplinare) of Chianti wine. By producing this wine, we have tried to interpret his will, working on those elements that remind us the most of the style of his time.
