Distinctive traits: Easygoing yet refined

A fresh and fragrant wine, ideal for an aperitif, perfect with all the rest. Reward yourself with an immediate pleasure.

Grape varieties: Chardonnay, Malvasia Bianca, Sauvignon. 
Vinification: Cold maceration at 5°C for few hours. Fermentation in stainless steel at 12°C-16°C. 
Ageing: 3 months in stainless steel vats. 
Alcohol: 12.5% vol.

Tasting notes 
Pale straw yellow colour. Elegant nose with hints of white peach and grapefruit. Fresh and savoury on the palate. The excellent acidity gives length and complexity to this wine. Pleasantly harmonious finish.
