Distinctive traits: fresh, complex, with intense minerality

Bottled after ten months of ageing in wood barrels, the wine is complex, of character, of great minerality; and to be enjoyed even after many years in the bottle.

Harvest: grapes have been selected and hand-picked at the end of August.
Ageing: 10 months in tonneaux (20% new) on the lees with frequent batonnage
Alcohol: 13.5% vol

Tasting notes

Bright straw-yellow color with greenish highlights. On the nose, it reveals aromas of elderflower, flint, and subtle spicy notes. The palate is smooth and elegant, with well-balanced acidity, a juicy texture, and marked sapidity. The finish is long and lingering.
